  • Acting as CEO & CFO, we guided the Czech health drinks producer from concept to full operations, overseeing premises selection, supplier validation, contract negotiations, and management team build-up.

  • As CSO, we led the revitalisation of a 14th-century Czech brewery, delivering a complete rebranding, five-year strategic plan, and a commercial strategy for export markets.

  • From our very first assignment in 2016, we provided board-level supervision for a $410M, 370 MW CCGT clean power plant in Central Asia, supporting EPC contractor Synecta and GE Energy turbine supply.

  • In the renewables sector, our due diligence and structuring work enabled a €200M+ Austrian fund acquisition of a solar portfolio, positioning the investor for sustained expansion.

  • In the beverages industry, we prepared a historic brewery for international market growth and built the commercial strategy that repositioned it as a heritage brand with global reach.
